Technical Abstract Submissions
To be considered for an oral or poster presentation, please prepare a clear abstract describing your expected presentation, then submit your proposal using the pulldown menus below.
Authors of research submissions, upon acceptance, must register for the conference, and may optionally produce a four-page paper for publication in the Annual Nanotech Technical Proceedings.
Submissions past the date of December 12th will not be eligible to submit a 4-page paper into the conference technical proceedings.
Paper Preparation Instructions
If you submitted an abstract by December 12th, and have been acceped for oral or poster presentation, please prepare a PDF of you paper using these templates by February 13. Instructions for uploading our paper will be e-mailed to you by the end of January.Important Dates
- Abstracts due: January 28th 2009
- Papers due: February 13th 2009
- Register by: March 13th 2009
To submit an abstract:
- Read the abstract preparation instructions, and prepare a PDF© file.
- Select Symposium from an upper pull-down menu below
- Then select Area from a lower pull-down menu
- Complete the Abstract Submission form
- Upload your PDF file
